Cavite Catering was founded, in early 2019, by Jennifer Velasco, whom is a resident of Cavite.
Ms. Velasco is passionate about cooking and loves to experiment with new recipes. She is a big fan of “Filipinoizing” recipes. This means she will often change a recipe by substituting ingredients, that are not available in the Philippines with ones that are.
One day a neighbor, who was planning a birthday for her son, asked Jennifer to bake the cake in lieu of giving a present. Jennifer agreed and the cake turned out so well that several of the party guests had asked for her number, so she could make cakes for parties that they were planning.
Thus began Cavite Catering.
Being Filipinos ourselves, we understand how difficult money is to come by. As such, our goal is to provide high quality food at a price that fits your budget.
All of our food is made in a regular Filipino house kitchen by regular people. We don’t have a factory. As a result, every dish is made by hand just for you.
Many caterers will try to sell you their vision. Our approach to catering is much different. We do things according to your specifications

Jennifer is the oldest of twelve children. As a result, she has been baking and cooking, for family and friends, throughout her entire life.
She has always enjoyed cooking and quickly discovered that she was good at it, as well. This only served to fuel her desire to experiment and try new recipes.
Needless to say, Ms. Velasco is quite passionate about her trade.
For Jennifer, cooking is so innate that her oldest daughter also has aspirations to become a chef.
